About Us
DR. ALVIN J SMITH
Dr. Smith has been practicing Orthodontics at the same location since 1989. He received his Dental Degree from Meharry Medical College and his Certification in Orthodontics from Howard University. He also earned a Master's Degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. He loves eating out with friends and playing volleyball on the weekends.
NETIA
Netia has been an Orthodontic Assistant with us since 2011. Netia is a certified EDDA dental assistant. She graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana and received her Masters in Education at University of Phoenix. Being a mother of three wonderful kids, she splits her time spending time with them, traveling and exercising.
MEGAN
Megan has been working as an Orthodontic Assistant since 2017. She is a graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is also a certified EDDA dental assistant. When Megan is not working, she loves traveling, going to concerts & sporting events, and spending time with her Great Dane, Gibson.
TRACY
Tracy is a graduate from Xavier University of New Orleans and went on to receive her Masters in Pharmacology. She is also a certified EDDA dental assistant. She grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and later moved down to New Orleans with her family. One of her favorite quotes to live by is "Love what you do and you'll never have to work a day in your life".
ROBYN
Robyn graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2023. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Organizational Leadership at the University of Mary. On her free time she enjoys going out to eat with her friends.
JOHNNISHA
Johnnisha graduated from Unitech Training Academy in 2018 with a certification in Dental Assisting. She enjoys spending time traveling and cooking with her partner when she is not at work.
